My order is damaged / defective, what should I do?
If you have received your product damaged; you need to request the cargo personnel that you have opened your package in his/her attendance to issue a damaged product report. The signature taken during the receipt of the package is the signature confirming that you have received the product free from damages and correctly. The cargo company will in this case be deemed to have fulfilled its duty. Therefore, please open the package and control it while the courier of the cargo company is at your door. Returns due to wrong, missing, broken and damaged products will only be accepted when a respective report is issued. In such case, request the cargo personnel to issue a protocol and do not accept the product. Please send the product reverse chargeable to us along with the damage report.

Please notify us in detail by e-mail or phone after such returns. The necessary process will be initiated after the approval of your product return.

Return Policy and Return Request Form
The products you purchase on the web site are under guarantee of our company. Except for special orders, you may return the ready product you purchase from our site “as received” within seven (7) days without opening / damaging or using it and deteriorating its package.
• Special order products without any performed damage determination and products without invoice and packaging cannot be returned.
• You will need to notify the situation by sending an e-mail to or by phone prior tto sending the product you want to return.

• Returns must be made in the original packaging.
• Products with damaged original box/packaging (e.g.: not able to be closed again, torn etc.), which lost its resaleability and in a condition cannot to be purchased by any other customer are not accepted.
• You will need to send all copies and originals of the invoice and dispatch note along with the product you want to return.
• The cargo charges for the product you want to return will be borne by you.

When we receive the returned products; we control in the presence of the deliverer whether the product was damaged and the return rules are complied with or not. When a situation contrary to the said conditions has been determined, a report will be issued and the return will not be accepted. The return procedure will be initiated in case of compliance with the return conditions.
