1. Persons under the age of 18 years may not purchase on www.sahaf-turkuaz.com.
2. You may purchase with a "Debit/Credit Card" or "Bank Wire". The order amount needs to be wired within 7 days at purchases with bank wire. Order without being paid within 7 days will be cancelled.
3. www.sahaf-turkuaz.com will deliver your orders along with consignment invoices as required by law. The product prices are stated in TL inclusive VAT.
4. www.sahaf-turkuaz.com is not responsible for price failures due to typing mistakes and system failures.
5. Situations, not existing and not foreseeable on the date of the subscription of the contract and which developed except the control of the parties and prevent the partial
or complete fulfilment of the debts or responsibilities undertaken by one or both parties or the timely fulfilment of these shall be accepted as force majeure
(natural disaster, war, terror, mobilization, provisions of law, lockout, significant failures of the manufacturing and communication facilities).
The party subjected to force majeure shall immediately notify in written the situation to the other party.
The parties shall not be responsible for any non-fulfilment of their obligations during the term of force majeure.
Each of the parties shall be entitled to terminate the contract unilaterally when such force majeure should sustain for 10 (ten) days.
6. You may notify www.sahaf-turkuaz.com by writing to bilgi@sahaf-turkuaz.com when your orders were not delivered within the indicated terms.
7. Don’t accept the packages determined to be damaged during the delivery and inform www.sahaf-turkuaz.com by writing to bilgi@sahaf-turkuaz.com. www.sahaf-turkuaz.com will
initiate the necessary procedures related to your order and ensure the delivery in the shortest possible term.
Sales made over the Internet are subject to Article 9A of the “Distant Contracts” of the Law on the Protection of Consumers of the Ministry for Industry and Trade of the Turkish Republic No 4703.
